The 28th NSW Excellence in Surveying and Spatial Information Awards, organised by the Institution of Surveyors NSW and the Association of Consulting Surveyors NSW, will take place on 1 November 2025 at the Hyatt Regency Sydney!
Homours Research Highlights Digitial Engagement in Surveying

In May, we shared a survey by Ali Carerra, an honours student at the University of Southern Queensland, exploring social media use in the surveying profession. We are pleased to now share the results, offering insight into how surveying professionals engage with digital platforms and emerging trends across the field.
The NSW Government and Inner West Council will progress rezoning along Parramatta Road, potentially delivering 8,000 homes, improved transport, green space, affordable housing, and infrastructure—supporting vibrant, connected communities near Sydney CBD.
ISNSW welcomed representatives from the Land Surveyors Board Sarawak to our Surry Hills office, sharing insights on cadastral systems, registration pathways, and tackling shared challenges in the future of the surveying profession.
